“We understand that Vaca Muerta is an area where all the conditions are in place for significant development,” shares Issel Kiperszmid, head of DYPSA, the developer leading the project. He explains that they also have a hotel that has been operating since before the pandemic, which they are currently expanding to add 32 units. In fact, customers of Apart Wenelen can use the hotel’s amenities and enjoy breakfast. Additionally, they are working on a third project in the industrial park: they will build a logistics and service center for SMEs and oil companies.”
