We have installed signage throughout the neighborhood, ensuring that each area is easily identifiable and comfortable for future residents. Additionally, the housing project is advancing steadily, with three new homes under construction, bringing the total to 11 homes currently in progress.

Security is a top priority for us. We have achieved 50% completion in the installation of perimeter cameras and video surveillance systems. Simultaneously, we are improving the electrical infrastructure, with 45% of the medium and low voltage network completed.

The landscaping in the entrance area has been finalized, offering a welcoming and green environment to greet everyone entering the neighborhood. Likewise, we have completed the paving of Street 23, significantly enhancing internal mobility.
