The project was created to elevate the concept of quality of life. It consists of two towers of 41 and 50 floors, inspired by nature and designed with comfort, security, and aesthetic value in mind. Overlooking the Río de la Plata, facing the ecological reserve in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires City, both towers encompass nearly 72,000 m² of construction. The apartments range from 160 m² to 250 m², featuring two or three bedrooms, all en suite with a private foyer and two high-speed elevators. The project offers the possibility of integrating entire floors of over 550 m² and includes duplexes on the upper floors. It has received the International Property Award for Best Architecture in South America.
