A winding stream traverses the land, and ancient vegetation including Eucalyptus, Casuarinas, and Talas creates a unique environment of tranquility and harmony in contact with nature.
In Aluen, over 40% of the total area is dedicated to green spaces, the large lagoon, and the stream. Another 50% is used for the distribution of the 484 lots that make up the neighborhood, and the remaining 10% is allocated for circulation areas.
