Coexistence between the new and the existing. A project that involved the restoration of an old warehouse located next to Dock 3 of the Old Puerto Madero, contributing to the contemporary transformation of the city. It is situated on Avenida Alicia Moreau de Justo, Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, and was developed for loft residences. It offers the best views of the dock and occupies 18,000 m². At Dypsa, we were involved in the business and corporate organization, financial, economic, and operational structuring, as well as the management of the renovation, marketing, and financing for the buyers of Dock 7.
With a touch of contemporary style. Like Dock 7, Dock 14 originated from a renovation and was designed for residential use. It is located on Avenida Alicia Moreau de Justo, Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires. It still retains the features of the original building and includes commercial spaces on the ground floor. At Dypsa, we were involved in the business and corporate organization, financial, economic, and operational structuring, as well as the management of the renovation, marketing, and financing for the buyers of Dock 14.
